For the purpose of streamlining of documents of personal cases of persons which used social services, received material security according to the Laws of Ukraine "About employment of the population", "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and enhancement of clerical work by their transfer to departmental archive on storage I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of documents of which the personal case of the unemployed which is submitted to departmental archive on storage which is applied is created.

2. To submit district, gorrayonny, city and district jobcenters in the cities the cases to departmental archives of jobcenters according to the schedule constituted by the archive approved with heads of structural divisions and approved by the director of jobcenter in which the archive is created.

3. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 10.03.2000 N 55 "About approval of the list of documents which are in the personal record of the unemployed and are transferred to departmental archive on storage".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the State jobcenter Yaroshenko V. S.
