1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2016 No. 26, the following changes:
1.1. the ninth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"acceptance of the competitive offer - registration by service of the preschool educational institution of the organizer of tender of the entering mailing which arrived to the organizer of tender by means of mail service, or the written correspondence which arrived to the organizer of tender by means of special mailbox of the organizer of tender (further, if is not provided other, - written correspondence), having mark on post envelope "The competitive offer on tender No. ______", by putting down of the mark in them consisting of the abbreviated name of the organizer of tender and receipt date of the mailing or written correspondence to the organizer of tender;";
1.2. in Item 5 part four:
in the paragraph the second to replace the word "thirty" with the word "fifteen";
in paragraph three to replace the word "ten" with the word "five";
