About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2016 No. 26

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2016 No. 26 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions and recognition No. 11 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2016" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions";
1.2. to exclude from preamble of the word "About Procedure for Forming, Financing, Accomplishment and Efficiency Evaluation of Implementation of State Programs" and "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food";
1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions it (is applied).";
1.4. in Item 3:
shall be replaced with words the words "and food of the Republic of Belarus" "and food";
