About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1191 "About approval of standard requirements to procedure for the organization and carrying out public hearings" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 87-88, 629).

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1194 "About approval of the Standard regulations on Public council" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 87-88, 632).

3. Item of 3 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2016 No. 886 "About some questions of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 67, Art. 453.).
