Determine that import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus of separate types of cardboard and paper packaging *, 4819 30 000 2 and 4819 40 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union classified by codes 4819 10 000 0, 4819 30 000 1,, when placing under customs procedure of release for internal consumption is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union).
