About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Item 29 of the enclosed changes and amendments which extends to the relations which arose since January 18, 2021.

Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 22, 2000 No. 1428 "About approval of Rules about official journeys within the Republic of Kazakhstan employees of the public institutions containing at the expense of means of the government budget and also deputies of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 41, the Art. 461):

3. The term of business trip of workers is determined by the chief of staff of the central state body, and in cases of that absence - the head of public institution, however it cannot exceed 40 days, apart from hours underway (except for the directions on increase and retraining of professional skill level and also if the business trip is connected with operational search activities). In case of office need, the term of business trip can be extended by the relevant order of the chief of staff of the central state body, and in cases of that absence - the head of this public institution.".

2. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2000 No. 1631 "About formation of Council for tourism" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 44-45, 534):
