About reorganization of Kazaviaspas and ORT Sond_rush _ joint-stock companies

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize Kazaviaspas joint-stock company by accession of ORT Sond_rush _ joint-stock company to it.

2. Determine core activities of Kazaviaspas joint-stock company rendering aviation services in the field of the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations, implementation of other economic activity in the field of civil aviation, performance of works and services in the field of civil protection, the prevention, liquidation of the fires and other emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
