About modification of the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 29, Art. 1471; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1484; 2015, No. 100, Art. 3436; 2016, No. 93, Art. 3045; 2018, No. 23, the Art. 796), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population

1. To add Item 1 after the words "irrespective of pattern of ownership and managing" with words of "the state and private contractors".

2. To state the paragraph of the sixth of item 4 in the following edition:

"In case person works part-time, the amount of indexation is determined at the rate of complete working time / quantity of calendar days in month, and paid in proportion to the fulfilled / working hours.".

3. In Item 5:

In paragraphs one and pole the word of "(salaries)" shall be replaced with words 1) "(official pay rates)";

The paragraph the fifth to state 2) in the following edition:

"In case of growth of cash income at the expense of other its components without increase in the tariff charges (official pay rates) the amount of indexation does not decrease by the amount of increase in cash income. If there is increase in the tariff charge (official pay rate), in month of increase all components of cash income which have no one-time nature are considered.";

3) to add Item after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph of the following content:
