1. Donate 100 (hundred) percent of the state block of shares of non-commercial joint-stock company "National Scientific Cardiac Center" in property of the autonomous organization of education of "Nazarbaev Universitet".

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the autonomous organization of education "Nazarbaev Universitet" (under approval) in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
