About approval of the Procedure for representation of financial monitoring of Ukraine of data to Public service from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens about the death of physical persons
According to item 4 of part one of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" for the purpose of ensuring provision of data on the death of physical persons we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for representation of financial monitoring of Ukraine of data to Public service from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens about the death of physical persons which is attached.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 29, 2016 No. 793/2581/5 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of data on the death of physical persons", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 8, 2016 for No. 1232/29362 (with changes).
3. To the administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens and Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine to continue information exchange on transfer of data on death and in four-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to take the measures necessary for implementation of technical capability of realization of the Procedure for representation of financial monitoring of Ukraine of data to Public service from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens about the death of physical persons approved by this order.
