About approval of the Procedure for provision of data on the death of physical persons
According to item 4 of part one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" and for the purpose of ensuring provision of data on the death of physical persons we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of data on the death of physical persons which is applied.
2. Determine that information files of data on the death of physical persons are created and move in format of XML files.
3. Subjects of information relations in connection therewith the order are the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine.
Technical support of provision of data on the death of physical persons is performed by the state company which treats the sphere of management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and is administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens.
