Some questions of use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of the state investment projects in the field of water resources management
According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of the state investment project "Construction of Water Supply Systems in the Settlements of the Lviv Region Using Imported Water" which is attached.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 2019 No. 379 "Some questions of use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of the state investment projects in the field of water resources management" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 39, the Art. 1365) changes which are applied.
