Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Accreditation Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Federal Accreditation Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

3. Declare invalid the paragraph third the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2014 No. 1419 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 219).

1. Subitems 5.1.2.3 - 5.1.2.5 to state in the following edition:

"5.1.2.3. the register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity;

5.1.2.4. unified register of experts-auditors;

5.1.2.5. register of the conclusions about confirmation of observance of mandatory requirements;".

2. Declare subitem 5.1.2.6 invalid.

3. State subitems 5.1.3 and 5.1.4 in the following edition:

"5.1.3. forming and maintaining national part of the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union;

5.1.4. suspension, renewal, cancellation of certificates of conformity, recognition by their invalid;".

4. State subitem 5.1.6 in the following edition:

"5.1.6. registration, suspension, renewal, cancellation of declarations of conformity, recognition by their invalid;".

5. State subitem 5.1.18 in the following edition:

"5.1.18. carrying out accreditation of legal entities on the right of conducting non-state examination of the project documentation and (or) non-state examination of results of engineering researches;".

6. Add with subitems 5.1.19 and 5.1.20 of the following content:

"5.1.19. maintaining the state register of the legal entities accredited on the right of conducting non-state examination of the project documentation and (or) non-state examination of results of engineering researches;
