About modification of Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy

Bring in Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 16, 2016 No. 827 "Some questions of financing of programs and projects of regional development" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 92, Art. 3001; 2018, No. 75, Art. 2513; 2019, No. 90, the Art. 2977), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy

1. In paragraph one shall be replaced with words the word "and" also in figures "The state strategy of regional development for 2021-2027 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2020 No. 695 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 67, the Art. 2155), and".

2. State subitem 5-1 in the following edition:

"5-1) increase in efficiency of forming and realization of the state regional policy;".

3. Add Item with subitem 5-3 of the following content:

"5-3) providing the organization and holding actions within presidency of Ukraine in the Strategy of the European Union for the Danube region".
