For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 3, 2021 No. 4358-VI, being guided by articles 9 and 11-1   of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of foreign trade activity in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of the organizations experts for issue of the expert opinion and authorized bodies on issue of the allowing documents for export and commodity import included in the Single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries, according to appendix are applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17.12.2021 No. 313

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 18.06.2025 No. 349
