1. Form under the Ministry of Economics Coordination council in the field of consumer protection.

2. Approve:

Regulations on Coordination council in the field of consumer protection according to appendix No. 1;

staff of Coordination council in the field of consumer protection according to appendix No. 2.

3. Assign to Council development and approval in the 2-month time of the plan of measures for interaction of bodies of public management in the field of consumer protection, and also informing the Government once in half-year about the performed activities.

4. In case of release of members of council from posts of their obligation will be carried out by persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions, without adoption of the new order of the Government.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 38 of January 17, 1995. "About the Interdepartmental commission on questions of product quality and consumer protection" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 14, the Art. 66).
