According to the paragraph to the twenty second part two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services", to the subitem 20 of the Item 4, to Items 8, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 18, 2019 No. 856, and for the purpose of ensuring carrying out by the central certifying body of assessment of condition of development of the sphere of electronic confidential services in results of carrying out information analysis about activities of suppliers of electronic confidential services and certification center I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision to the central certifying body of information on activities of suppliers of electronic confidential services and certification center which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 4, 2019 No. 3398/5 "About approval of the Procedure for submission to the central certifying body of information on activities of suppliers of electronic confidential services and certification center", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 07, 2019 for No. 1147/34118.
