1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out researches of current status and perspectives of development in spheres of electronic identification and electronic confidential services, implementation of information analysis about activities of skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services, their isolated Items of registration and certification center, service providers of electronic identification which is applied.

2. To the administrator of information and communication system of the central certifying body and the integrated system of electronic identification - to the state company "DEYSTVIYE" annually, but no later than March 01 to provide the publication on the official website of the central certifying body of annual reports on analysis results of information on activities of skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services, their isolated Items of registration and certification center, service providers of electronic identification.

3. To submit to management of development of digitalization (Haleev A. P.) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine of March 3, 2021 No. 28 "About approval of the Procedure for provision to the central certifying body of information on activities of suppliers of electronic confidential services and certification center", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2021 at No. 364/35986;

2) the order of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine of November 29, 2022 No. 119 "About approval of procedure for functioning of the instrument of monitoring of the sphere of electronic confidential services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 20, 2023 at No. 125/39181.

Procedure for carrying out researches of current status and perspectives of development in spheres of electronic identification and electronic confidential services, implementation of information analysis about activities of skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services, their isolated Items of registration and certification center, service providers of electronic identification

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines procedure for granting to the central certifying body (further - TsZO) information on activities of skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services, their isolated registration Items (further - Skilled suppliers) and certification center, service providers of electronic identification (further - Suppliers of e-identification), and also interaction between developers of technical means of the qualified digital signature or seal, means of electronic identification (further - Developers), the Skilled suppliers, Suppliers of e-identification and owners of information and communication systems using electronic confidential services (further - Managers of systems), forming of test certificates of open keys, for the purpose of carrying out research of current status and perspectives of development in spheres of electronic identification and electronic confidential services.

2. This Procedure is obligatory for Skilled suppliers and certification center, Suppliers of e-identification.
