1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of the Rules approved by this resolution regarding competence of Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport in the federal budget on implementation of activities in the established sphere.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2020 No. 1588 "About approval of Rules of the admission of the Russian carriers to implementation of the international motor transportations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 41, the Art. 6430).

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2021.

5. The rules approved by this resolution are effective till September 1, 2027.
