About increase in efficiency of foreign economic activity

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for foreign economic activity, further creation of digital economy in the Republic of Belarus and based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2004 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 347-Z

1. Create the complex system of support of export and import representing organized set of the information resources and technologies providing:

collection, processing, storage, systematization, updating and distribution of the foreign trade information;

interaction of the subjects of managing of the Republic of Belarus performing foreign economic activity (further, unless otherwise specified, - participants of foreign trade activities), and national institutes of support of export;

increase in efficiency of use of financial and non-financial instruments of support of participants of foreign trade activities, expansion of access to mechanisms of such support.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the complex system of support of export and import is implemented via the single channel of exchange of the foreign trade and other information on the "One Foreign Trade Activities Window of the Republic of Belarus" electronic platform aggregating the demand and supply on financial, including insurance, leasing, and also consulting services in the field of support of participants of foreign trade activities by means of other information technologies providing effective exchange of information and its protection;
