About establishment of sample of the electronic document
Based on the paragraph of third of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 418-Z "About the register of the population" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish sample of the electronic document containing the personal data of physical person about enforcement proceeding availability on execution in bodies of forced execution entered by the Ministry of Justice in the register of the population according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 15, 2021.
