About modification of Item 8 of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Item 8 of Rules of execution of the visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 118 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, the Art. 623), changes which are applied.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to bring within 90 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution own regulatory legal acts into compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since September 1, 2021.
