According to part one of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules about safety of deliveries of electrical energy approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of August 27, 2018 No. 448, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2018 for No. 1076/32528, which are applied.
2. To provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Department of Energy of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
