According to article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and to the paragraph to the twenty fifth the subitem 13 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 for No. 1075/9674 (with changes), Changes which are applied.

2. (Pogosyan G.) to provide to management of road and electric urban transportation submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to department of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of Zhivitsky.
