Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 1999 No. 1228 "About provision to subjects of managing of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, Art. 1412; 2018, No. 80, Art. 2660; 2019, No. 60, the Art. 2065) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 16, 2021 No. 633, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 1999 No. 1228

1. To add Item 1-23 after the words "on the implementation right" with words and figures "military commodity export on ML11.b line item,".

2. Add the resolution with Items 1-50 - 1-52 following of content:

"1-50. Provide till August 1, 2025 to Helitreyning Ukraine limited liability company of power on the right of implementation of military commodity export of own production on line items of ML10.a, ML 14, each line item of ml21.a, ML22.a of appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2017, No. 67, Art. 2011).
