According to article 53-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", 5, to Item 9 of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500, for the purpose of providing the proper organization of work with messages on violation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" I ORDER to the subitem of 1 Item:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of work with the messages on corruption introduced by exposers in the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service, its territorial authority, and also the company, organization and the organization which treats the sphere of its management which is applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of normative and legal work and legal providing submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To the chief specialist concerning prevention and identification of corruption to provide rendering the advisory and methodical help with questions of implementation of this order to structural divisions of the device NAGS, to its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management.
