About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine concerning physical protection

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework concerning physical protection of nuclear installations, radioactive materials I ORDER to No. 363:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine concerning physical protection which are attached.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of December 28, 1998 No. 191 "About approval of Rules of the address with information on physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, sources of ionizing radiation, access to which is limited", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 25, 1999 for No. 114/3407.

3. (Lopatin S. D.) to provide to management concerning nuclear security and guarantees submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
