According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, of the Standard instruction for documentation of management information electronically and the organizations of work with electronic documents in clerical work, to electronic interdepartmental exchange, the Standard instruction on clerical work in the ministries of others central and the local executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 17, 2018 No. 55, for the purpose of enhancement of procedures of treasurer servicing of budgetary funds I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on expenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 1407, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2013 for No. 130/22662, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the government budget:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Deputy Ministers of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
