Based on part six of Article 16 and part one of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 "About selection and seed farming of agricultural plants" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 102-Z
1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for production of seeds of agricultural plants (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for completion, storage, realization, transportation, packaging, marking of seeds of agricultural plants (are applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2015 No. 18 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for packaging, marking, storage and transportation of seeds of agricultural plants";
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2017 No. 49 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus concerning seed farming";
the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2020 No. 24 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2015 No. 18".
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 15, 2021.
