About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2018 No. 772

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2018 No. 772 "About determination of the scope of information, the placed in the unified information system of personal data providing processing including collection and storage, biometric personal data, their check and information transfer about degree of their compliance to the provided biometric personal data of the citizen of the Russian Federation, including type of biometric personal data, and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 28, Art. 4234; 2019, No. 38, Art. 5310).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the paragraph of the eighth subitem "d" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
