About modification of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 118 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, Art. 623; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1259; 2020, No. 69, the Art. 2229), changes which are applied.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 90 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to provide since January 1, 2022 commissioning corresponding technical and software for fixing of biometric these foreigners and stateless persons.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

1. In Item 2:

1) after paragraph one to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"biometric data - the digitized fingerprints of hands, the digitized image of face of the foreigner and stateless person;".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the eleventh respectively paragraphs third - the twelfth;

In paragraph three of the word "to Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 2) "on the territory of Ukraine", and after the words "through its territory" to add with the words "and stay in the territory of Ukraine during the corresponding term";
