About establishment of lists of agricultural plants and the organizations
Based on part ten of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 No. 102-Z "About selection and seed farming of agricultural plants" and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
the list of agricultural plants which original and elite seeds in case of their realization are subject obligatory for soil control of agricultural plants or laboratory high-quality control of agricultural plants, according to appendix 1;
the list of the organizations authorized on carrying out laboratory high-quality control of agricultural plants according to appendix 2.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of October 1, 2013 No. 50 "About establishment of the list of agricultural plants which seeds in case of realization are subject to mandatory soil control and (or) laboratory high-quality control";
subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2017 No. 49 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus concerning seed farming".
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 15, 2021.
