agreed as follows:

Article 1

Be reworded as follows the Regulations on Interstate council on geodesy, cartography, the inventory and remote sensing of Earth (is applied) approved by the Agreement on interaction of the State Parties of the Commonwealth in the field of geodesy, cartography, the inventory and remote sensing of Earth of October 9, 1992.

Article 2

The this Protocol becomes effective after 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the last notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.

From the effective date the this Protocol the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on interaction of the State Parties of the Commonwealth in the field of geodesy, cartography, the inventory and remote sensing of Earth of October 9, 1992 signed on May 30, 2012 stops the action.
