1. To the ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:
1.1. perform till November 30, 2021 distribution between participants of foreign trade activity of 100 percent of amounts of the tariff quotas on import in 2021 of the separate types of the goods according to appendix coming from the Republic Serbia, imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption (further respectively - the tariff quotas and goods);
1.2. distribute the tariff quotas based on the arriving statements of participants of foreign trade activity according to the procedure of priority of receipt of statements.
