Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for accomplishment of actions for social protection of children, families, women and other most vulnerable categories of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 12, 2017 No. 256 "Some questions of use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of actions for social protection of children, families, women and other most vulnerable categories of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 33, of the Art. 1044), having added it with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) accomplishment of the actions and tasks provided by the State social program of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence and violence on the basis of sex for the period till 2025 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2021 No. 145 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 19, the Art. 804), responsible for execution of which it is determined by Minsotspolitiki, namely on preparation and publication of the annual report (report) on condition of realization of state policy in the field of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence and/or violence by basis of sex with the analysis of situation by areas, of Kiev and Sevastopol.".
