Some questions of use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of actions for social protection of children, families, women and other most vulnerable categories of the population

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for accomplishment of actions for social protection of children, families, women and other most vulnerable categories of the population;

Payment procedure of one-time financial support to unemployed needy persons, persons with disability and to children with disability.

2. In the paragraph the second the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Procedure for use of the means which arrived from physical persons and legal entities for the provision of the one-time monetary assistance to injured persons and internally displaced persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 535 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 85, the Art. 2392, No. 98, Art. 2839; 2015, No. 70, of the Art. 2312), the words "Lump Sum Payments to Women Which Gives Honorary Title of Ukraine "Mother Heroine", to the Disabled People and Unemployed Needy Persons and Persons Which Were Affected by Human Trafficking" shall be replaced with words "Measures for social protection of children, families, women and other most vulnerable categories of the population".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
