About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In item 4 of the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 13, Art. 495; 2013, No. 82, Art. 3041; 2018, No. 76, of the Art. 2537), the word "GAZO" shall be replaced with words "GAZO (except the state monitoring of waters)".
2. According to the procedure of plan development of management of the river basin, No. 336 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 18, 2017 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 43, Art. 1342; 2020, No. 76, Art. 2432):
The paragraph the fifth Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"diffusion sources - the dispersed sources of the contaminating and biogenic substances in water object by their washing away from the catchment area;";
Paragraph two of Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"The strategic ecological objective for all areas of river basins is achievement and maintenance of "good" ecological and chemical condition of arrays of surface water, "good" chemical and quantitative condition of arrays of underground waters, and also "good" ecological potential artificial or significantly the changed arrays of surface water.";
3) in item 4:
