About modification of the Procedure for filling of single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment

1. The subitem 8 of Item 5 of the Procedure for filling of single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100, to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Concerning separate machines which are not intended for operation on highways public or movement of which on highways public is allowed in case of registration according to the legislation of state member of special permission which are not object of technical regulation of technical regulations of the Customs union "About safety of machines and the equipment" (TP TS 010/2011), "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TP TS 018/2011) and "About safety of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and trail cars to them" (TP of TS 031/2012) (self-propelled land airfield machines, self-propelled forest mulcher, ratraks, off-road heavy-load vehicles), it is allowed till December 31, 2021 inclusive in the field 8 to make record "is absent" with obligatory specifying in the field 26 of the passport taking into account requirements of the legislation of state member of the record "it is not intended for operation on highways public" or "movement on highways public is performed on special permission".
