According to the paragraph the 4 article 3 of the Agreement on introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports of August 15, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve enclosed:

single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment;

Procedure for filling of single form of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment (further - the Procedure for filling);

Procedure for exchange of data on forms of passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment.

2. Determine that:

a) forms of the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment are the document of the strict reporting, are made in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) on white paper of the A4 format (210 x 297 mm) with use of the paints providing protection against corrections or discharges by typographical method according to the requirements imposed to degree of protection of forms, established by the legislation of state members and have at least 8 degrees of protection, including:

the 2-tone translucent-shaded watermark having the expressed contrast providing its reliable visual inspection;
