1. Accept the offer of "Institute of Geography and Water Safety" joint-stock company (further - JSC Institute of Geography and Water Safety) about acceptance of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of "Central Asian Regional Glaciological Center" limited liability partnership of category 2 under the auspices of UNESCO" (further - partnership), transferred to the republican possession according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with JSC Institute of Geography and Water Safety (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share of partnership to Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
