Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (communication) "The report on rates for services post and telecommunication" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2022;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (communication) "The report on rates for services post and telecommunication" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2022.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities whose types of economic activity are post and express activities, activities in the field of telecommunications, according to the list created by National Statistical Committee.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2016 No. 76 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (communication) "The report on rates for services post and telecommunication" and instructions for its filling";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2017 No. 108 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2016 No. 76";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2019 No. 82 "About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2016 No. 76".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
