Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1065 "About approval of requirements for monitoring procedure of quality of works on new construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of highways public" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 20, the Art. 555, No. 92, the Art. 2796) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 15, 2021 No. 972
1. In the resolution:
"Requirements for monitoring procedure of quality of works with" in all cases shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "single requirements for designing," in the corresponding case;
2) in Item 2 the word "requirements" shall be replaced with words "single requirements".
2. In requirements for monitoring procedure of quality of works on new construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of the highways public approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name of requirements of the word "Requirements for Monitoring Procedure of Quality of Works on" shall be replaced with words "Single requirements for designing,";
