About approval of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the general register of owners of duty-free shops

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for forming and maintaining the general register of owners of duty-free shops.

2. Ask state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to provide for the purpose of forming of the general register of owners of duty-free shops the direction by customs authorities in the Eurasian economic commission till December 31, 2021 of registers of owners of duty-free shops of state members.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for forming and maintaining the general register of owners of duty-free shops

The general register of owners of duty-free shops (further - the general register) is the general information resource containing the information about owners of duty-free shops which forming and maintaining are performed by the Eurasian economic commission (further - the Commission) with use of means of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) on the basis of information exchange between authorized bodies of the executive authority of state members of the Union (further respectively - authorized bodies, state members) and the Commission.
