About approval of Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To legal department (Vladislav Bednenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

1. To state paragraph two of Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"The procedure and amounts of disclosure by National Bank and banks of information which contains bank secrecy are determined by the Civil code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and these rules".
