About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of management of public finances

For the purpose of increase in effective management of public finances, according to articles 13 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on Fonda of development and material security of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) Regulations on Fonda of development and material security of the State agency on management of budget credits under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic allocates thirty percent of the funds provided on financing of Fund of social development and financial incentive of bodies of the State Tax Service in Fund of development and material security of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Fonda of development of Customs Service of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 14, 2005 No. 226 the following change:

in Regulations on Fonda of development of Customs Service of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
