About modification of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport

Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2015 No. 103 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 22, Art. 604; 2016, No. 16, Art. 635; 2018, No. 37, the Art. 1304), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport

1. In Item 5:

Subitems 4 and 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4) licensing of economic activity on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods and dangerous wastes automobile performs, by rail, international carriages of passengers and loads road transport;

5) exercises control of observance by licensees of requirements of licensed conditions;";
