About procedure for collection and the sizes of the registration fee of associations of citizens

Based on the Law of Ukraine "About associations of citizens" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on introduction in action the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES: it

1. Establish such sizes of the registration fee of associations of citizens:

All-Ukrainian - 10 minima of the income of citizens which are not assessed by taxes;

international - 2, the income of citizens and 250 US dollars which are not assessed by taxes of minimum (in the presence of the license of National Bank) or equivalent of this amount in currency of Ukraine on the official exchange rate of National Bank for the period of payment;

local associations of citizens, and also the local centers of the registered All-Ukrainian and international associations of citizens:

interregional, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city - 5 minima of the income of citizens which are not assessed by taxes;

interdistrict, district, city, rural, settlement - 2,5 of the income of citizens which is not assessed by taxes of minimum.

For registration of public organizations of disabled people, persons who suffered owing to the Chernobyl accident the amount of collection decreases by 50 percent.

Children's public organizations and labor unions are exempted from payment of the registration fee.

Registration of changes which are made to statutory documents of associations of citizens is carried out free of charge.

Grant the right to bodies which perform registration of associations of citizens, lower the amount of collection, but no more than by 50 percent.
