About order of registration of branches, departments, representations and other structural cells of the public (non-state) organizations of the foreign states in Ukraine

Based on the Law of Ukraine "About associations of citizens" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on input in action the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES: it

1. Approve Regulations on order of registration of branches, departments, representations and other structural centers public/non-governmental / the organizations of the foreign states in Ukraine which is applied.

2. Establish the registration fee of the structural centers of public organizations of the foreign states in Ukraine in the amount of 500 US dollars (in the presence of the license of National Bank) or equivalent of this amount in currency of Ukraine at the rate of National Bank for the period of payment.

For registration of the structural centers of public organizations of disabled people the amount of registration fee decreases by 50 percent.

The structural centers of children's public organizations are exempted from payment of the registration fee.

3. For issue of public organization of the foreign state to the structural center in Ukraine of the duplicate of the registration certificate the payment in the amount of 50 US dollars (in the presence of the license of National Bank) or equivalent of this amount in currency of Ukraine at the rate of National Bank for the period of payment is established.
