About lists of the sanatorium and improving organizations
Based on the paragraph of the fourth Item 19 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2006 No. 542 "About sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population", subitem 1.19 of Item 1 of Article 118, of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of Article 228 and subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of article 239 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish lists:
the sanatorium and improving organizations for realization by citizens of the right to sanatorium treatment or improvement with use of means of the republican budget or budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
the organizations, their separate divisions performing sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population to which the privileges on taxes established in subitem 1.19 of Item 1 of Article 118, subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of Article 228 and subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of article 239 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2 are applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
