About establishment of rates of charge for issue or prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 9 of article 554 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Establish rates of charge for issue or prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan, proceeding from the size of the monthly settlement indicator established by the law on the republican budget on payment date of charges in sizes according to appendix to this resolution, except for seasonal foreign workers for whom rates of charge for issue or prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan are established in the following sizes:

up to 90 calendar days - the 12-fold size of monthly settlement indicator;

up to 180 calendar days - the 24-fold size of monthly settlement indicator;

up to 270 calendar days - the 36-fold size of monthly settlement indicator;

up to 365 calendar days - the 48-fold size of monthly settlement indicator.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 18, 2016 No. 459 "About establishment of rates of charge for issue and (or) prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 44, the Art. 265).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
